We don’t have a short answer for this one. 

  1. Say 100 people redeem your offer at an average sale of $125, you just made $12,500 you may not have made. What if 500 people redeem the offer? 
  2. You don’t have to give up a percentage or even half of your offer to discount websites. People redeem the offer at your location and you keep all the profit.
  3. One of our target audiences is visitors and those new to the area, so we are helping them learn about your business. 
  4. Backlinking. This is very important with SEO. Having your business included helps with local SEO as we will be linking over to your website.

Each business who includes an offer will have their business featured on the following pages:

  • In the city savings pass directory (access to the directory is only available to members).
  • On the main website, each business will be listed on their city savings pass page so those looking to sign up for the pass can see what businesses are offering.

You know the saying you only have one chance to make a good first impressions? The same is true here. Think of this pass as your one chance to get a new customer in the door and make them a lifetime customer. Would you redeem a coupon for 10% to a business you have never been to? Make your offer an offer that is going to help grow sales this year and be so good people can’t pass it up! Here are some examples businesses have done:

  • BOGO: Buy 1, Get 1 Free
  • % off off your entire bill, purchase, or class
  • Free appetizer, dessert, or 2 drinks with purchase or 2 entrees
  • $$ off admission
  • Exclusive date night offer

Savings aren’t limited to dining, Airbnb, shopping, or date night ideas. Say you are a photographer, you could offer a family photo package on the pass. Or you have a car detailing business, include an offer. All businesses are welcome to include an offer.

Each coupon in the member portal may be redeemed once per year, per account.

When someone visits your businesses and they show their digital savings pass to your employee, your employee will click the redeem button or ask the customer to click it. Once clicked, the button will confirm they want to redeem the offer now. Once they click yes, the offer will be redeemed and that offer will no longer be available unless they renew their savings pass.

Say you are offering 25% off their purchase or meal. After you have clicked the redeem button in their account, you would then take the 25% off their bill within your POS.

When your local Chamber or CVB becomes a member, depending on the annual package they choose, we may run social media ads in your local area and/or have a rack card at the CVB or local lodging. We will send you ideas on how you can promote your offers on your social media pages as well as your Chamber/CVB/City promoting the pass.

Together with your local community we want to help drive new faces through your door, generate traffic to your website, and give your biggest fans another reason to love you so your business grows. If you live in a city that partners with us, click the “get your business listed” in the footer. Once your business is verified by your Chamber or CVB your offer will be live on the site.

Remember, you may also include a date night idea people could do when supporting your business. 

Yes. We have a contract you will sign stating what your offer is and any other details you would like to include. Your contract is valid for one year. After that, the contract renews monthly until you ask us to remove your special from the local savings pass or you ask to change your offer. If you would like to change your offer at anytime, please send us an email. We ask that you allow 48 business hours for us to make that update.
